    How much do RayCare Australia charge for services?

    Our pricing for services are as per the NDIA Pricing Arrangements, we ensure participants understands the cost for the services and provide detail Service Agreement prior to start of the service.

    How soon can RayCare find a worker to start services?

    We have Support Worker and Domestic Assitant staff available to start immediately, and on short notices.

    Can I change the Support Worker or Provider, if I am not happy with services?

    RayCare firms beleived in providing participant with full Choice and Control. In case the participant is unstaisfied with the worker or service we would assist participant to chage the worker or make improvement to the service. If participant is not happy despite improvements they have complete Choice and Control to change the provider.

    Can RayCare assist with multiple services such as Support Coordination and Support Work?

    Yes, the choice of provider is completely decision of the participant. If participant wishes to keep all the serivces with one provider; RayCare Australia can assit with multiple services like Support Coordination, Support Worker and Domestic Assistant.
