Our staff is well prepared with all information regarding the participant’s requirements to complete the tasks within the given timeframe. We at RayCare Australia ensure our clients are provided with high-quality services with adherence to Health and Safety regulations. We assist our clients to accomplish their objectives which in turn helps them in living an independent life.

We understand the niche requirement of each participant, which helps us to customise the service to meet participants’ specific needs. Our services stand out as we believe in contacting our clients prior to starting the service, some of our services includes equipment hire, cleaning supplies, and other useful supplies required to complete the tasks, we aim to gather as many details about the tasks at the time of first contact to provide clarity on the type of service, hours required and associated costs for the participants to ensure the service delivered meets clients’ expectations.

Please Note: Our Domestic Cleaning service is a General (Basic) House service and not End of Lease Cleaning, if participants require Deep Cleaning or End of Lease Cleaning, please contact us for further discussion.
