We can help participants with in-house and personal care assistant (PCA), our team of experienced staff who can assist participants everyday needs such as showering, shaving, dressing, and more, we can also provide PCA service on 24/7 basis including Active and Inactive Sleepovers. Our experienced support work performs their duties with utmost care and respect ensuring the participant is assisted with an adequate level of support.

Personal care supports help people with daily personal activities, such as assistance with personal tasks of daily life, personal hygiene, such as showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming, toileting, bladder and bowel management, menstrual care, eating and drinking, attending appointments, using aids and appliances, hearing and communication devices, and mobility and transferring are all important aspects of living with a disability.

Personal care support may be necessary for a variety of settings; for example, if a participant living alone, living with family or other people, during social, recreational, educational, or employment activities, or during holidays away from home. When considering personal care supports, the NDIA will consider the degree to which they will help people with disabilities live more independently.
